This was an enclosed patio that was changed into a Great Room addition to the house. The windows installed were energy efficient to match the rest of the house renovations. The window interior frames and sills were custom made of Maple. A corner natural gas fireplace was installed to heat the 20'x20' room in the cold months. And a window A/C unit was permanently installed into the exterior wall to cool the room in the hot months. Ceramic tile was installed in front of both exterior doors and in front of the fireplace. The original carpet, which is indoor/outdoor, was kept. It is still in excellent condition.
